You will certainly enjoy a stop off at the shop located within the hotel; it offers you the opportunity to take home our "Fleur d'Aubrac" meat [1], bred on the family farm. Various cuts are available and are vacuum packed for easy transportation.

(contains about 2kg of steak, 1.125kg of bourguignon, 900g of shank and 900g of ribs)
We also offer other local delicacies like aligot, terrines, pâté, tripe, various meats, foie gras, wine, sodas and regional spirits... Why not give them a try!
We can also organise your visit to the family farm where "Fleur d'Aubrac" cows are bred.
