Our restaurant L’Aubrac is well known for its traditional cuisine and its local specialties. Here you can enjoy our own home bred meat, the "Fleur d’Aubrac"[1], a tasty and tender meat which comes from a young cow bred on the family farm, directly from producer to consumer.

Our favourite: Prime rib of "Fleur d’Aubrac" accompanied by the traditional aligot.
Depending on the season, you can dine in our garden, at our outside bar, buffet style!
[1]"Fleur d'Aubrac": This meat comes from 24 to 42 month old cows, born of a purebred "Aubrac" cow and a purebred "Charolais" bull. They are born, raised and slaughtered in Aubrac. Natural and authentic production methods coupled with precise monitoring, make the "Fleur d'Aubrac" the most delicate and tasty red meat you’ll ever try! The unforgettable flavour of this juicy and tender meat, with a hint of parsley will make you want to come back for more...
